Ocozzio is a quickly growing B2B marketing company looking for an experienced sales executive to help us continue to grow in established verticals while also jump-starting growth in newer sectors including SaaS and banking.
What you’ll sell
Our product is our people. Ocozzio is a bolt-on marketing department for a clients. We deliver industry specific marketing strategy, project management, design and execution to ultimately help our clients grow revenue.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of moving clients through the funnel. Healthcare insurance benefits, technology, SaaS, or banking experience preferred.
- Motivated to gain deep understanding of Ocozzio client verticals and willingness to prospect and cold call daily
- Must be able to establish and maintain rapport with C-suite professionals
- Highly motivated to succeed and ability to work autonomously
- Able to initiate and manage sales process through to closing
- Ability to work with Ocozzio leadership to grow business relationships and develop outbound Ocozzio marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organization skills
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with a diverse team in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Must be well-organized and able to perform under pressure and manage numerous prospects effectively
- Personable with the ability to relate with customers and co-employees
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Up to 60% travel
Responsibilities
- Continually develop prospect list of businesses that need marketing and sales capabilities
- Manage all elements of sales campaigns helping to generate new leads through email, direct mail, LinkedIn, etc
- Effectively vet prospects to identify long-term financial viability
- Initiate, manage and document sales process with C-suite professionals through CRM
- Provide monthly reporting on current sales funnel
- Arrange sales meetings and travel to meet prospects and clients as needed
- Attend all industry conferences, arrange sales meetings and gain prospects at events
- Develop strong partnerships with account, strategy, creative and executive teams to enhance Ocozzio’s brand message
- Work closely with Ocozzio leadership to ensure client implementation process goes smoothly
