As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will help manage the marketing automation for our B2B healthcare clients with a focus on email and social automation strategies that drive awareness, engagement and ultimately increase leads for our healthcare clients.

Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will help manage the marketing automation for our B2B healthcare clients with a focus on email and social automation strategies that drive awareness, engagement and ultimately increase leads for our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement. Execute A/B tests and experiments to drive core KPIs and increase team knowledge.
  • Set automation strategy and requirements (triggers, scalable creative templates) and collaborate to build automations needed to drive the roadmap forward to achieve business results.
  • Collaborate with Ocozzio Account, Strategy, Content and Design teams to build, deploy and optimize email marketing campaigns. Monitor email marketing trends, spam triggers and inform internal team of best practices.
  • Define and execute improvements to enhance productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI and sales growth for our clients.
  • Integrate with clients’ CRM technology as needed.
  • Interface with our B2B clients as a SME.
  • Be proficient in HubSpot and Loomly primarily. Experience on other platforms such as Act-On and Salesforce a plus.
  • Regularly communicate results and analysis with senior leadership and other key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related major preferred, but not required.
  • 3-5 years of email campaign development experience including building journeys, drip campaigns and newsletters
  • At least 1 year of HubSpot experience
  • Experience building reports and presenting email campaign results
  • Experience with CRM platforms and email integration
  • Agency experience a plus
