Front-End Developer

You’re experienced in all things Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.), you are also comfortable writing code by hand or creating custom WordPress websites, and are passionate about solving problems. Our Web Developers are the glue that holds everything together; they work closely with designers and project leaders to create beautiful websites, optimized emails and all other digital objectives for our clients.

Job Description

Develop custom WordPress websites utilizing template building plugins and custom code including PHP, CSS (SASS), HTML, jQuery and JavaScript. Work with legacy PHP websites running on Apache. Build custom responsive email using MJML.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Project Leaders to effectively deliver custom interactive WordPress websites.
  • Discuss UI/UX with project leaders and designers to make decisions that fit the needs of the client and their prospects.
  • Create responsive emails

Qualifications:

  • Practical knowledge of web programming languages (Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS Preprocessors, PHP).
  • Experience with Windows and Apache Servers is a plus.
  • Must be confident in a Mac based environment and knowledgeable in Windows.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with a diverse team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be well organized and able to perform under pressure and manage numerous client workloads effectively.
  • Personable with the ability to relate with client and co-employee needs.
  • Experienced with Git.
  • Experienced with npm and Node is a plus.
  • Adobe XD experience.
  • InDesign experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ASP.NET and Visual Basic is a plus.
  • 0 to 4 years experience preferred.
